ECO Grants

Easy EPC, in operation since 2019, has played a pivotal role in assisting homeowners, landlords, and tenants in addressing fuel poverty, mitigating their carbon footprint, and reducing energy expenses.

We take great pride in our continued involvement in the ECO Scheme since its inception in 2013. Under the current ECO4 scheme, we have the capability to secure funding for various energy efficiency measures.

Eligibility for funding is determined through schemes such as the Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation (HHCRO) and the LA Flex (Local Authority Eligibility Flexibility) scheme within the framework of the Government’s ECO4 initiative.

It’s essential to note that properties boasting an EPC rating of C or higher are ineligible for funding.
